Winona-Ryder
Winona Ryder - Winona Lauro Horowitz - was born at Winona Minnesota. Her parents named her Winona in honor of her hometown. Michel Horowitz was her father as well as Cynthia Palmer, his mother was both an author as well as editors. Ryder's mother and father also happen to be Jewish. Ryder believes herself to be Jewish. Uria Ryder is her younger brother. Jubal, Sunyata and Sunyata are her half-siblings. Ryder's parents relocated her and her siblings in Mendocino County California when Ryder turned seven. They didn't have electricity. Ryder, who read a lot when she was 12 years old, became a reader due to the fact that Ryder had no access to television. At the age of twelve, Ryder joined the American Conservatory Theatre to take acting classes. Her first role was a success on the big screen in 1986, when she was 15 years old. Ryder was bullied in high school. Her hope was that acting might change the situation. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. However, she pushed on with her goal. She got her break in Tim Burton's Beetlejuice in the year 1988. Ryder had a successful role in various films. In 1993 she won an Academy Prize in the film The Age of Innocence.
