Born on November 25 1968 Jillian Shennessy was a active Canadian performer and actress who has been praised for her notable contributions in American television. She has become a household name due to her portrayals as Claire Kincaid in Law & Order and Crossing Jordan. Hennessy has also demonstrated her acting prowess in films like RoboCop 3 Most Wanted and the independent films Chutney Popcorn and The Acting Class and The Acting Class, in which she played co-directing and writing muscles. Hennessy began her acting career alongside her twin sister as twin call girls in Dead Ringers in 1988. The actress briefly appeared in Buddy The Buddy Holly Story The Buddy Holly Story on Broadway in the year 1990. It was 1993 when she left the realm of musicals, and into the science-fiction genre, playing Doctor. Marie Lazarus. She got her big break later in the year in the form of a role as the Assistant District Attorney Claire Kincaid on the hit NBC drama Law & Order.
